Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. All goods will be charged in GBP (British Pounds Sterling). We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. Any US Dollar quoted price on the website is subject to exchange rate 'Money Market' fluctuations and as such the quoted price may vary slightly to reflect the current exchange rates used by your bank/credit card supplier. Overseas Purchases: see 'shipping and handling' Made to Measure - a 50% non returnable deposit is required at time of order. Shipping And Handling All products will be delivered by hand or post as arranged between On the Hoof and the customer. If the items are in stock we aim to deliver the goods within 3 -5working days. If the goods are not in stock and need ordering then delivery can take from 5 days up to 8-12 weeks dependant on the nature, product and specification of the order. Overseas Purchases: We can accept orders from most overseas addresses. Delivery Schedule We will normally deliver your order within 3-5 working days, providing it is in stock or with our distributor. If any item purchased requires special ordering or individual amendment then delivery can take approximately 8 -12 weeks. CAVALLO products are high quality hand-crafted items and as such they do take a while to create. Your patience on all 'bespoke' or specially arranged orders is appreciated. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If an order has been confirmed by email, letter, phone or you have purchased online - and we have ordered the goods from our supplier you may not cancel the order at this stage. Customer satisfaction is our top aim. If you are not happy with your goods or need to exchange an item for a different size you may cancel your order at anytime during the cancellation period by providing to us a notice of cancellation. The cancellation period commences on the date the contract for the supply of goods is concluded and ends on the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning on the day after you received them. In the event of cancellation, we require that you return the goods to us by post that requires a certificate of receipt and in all cases prior to 28 days elapsing from time of dispatch.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Guarantee We aim to provide your complete satisfaction. All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee, however after 28 days goods are considered as "accepted goods" * .
